Mylene Ortiz Luis is a partner with over 27 years of experience providing financial audit, review, compilation, accounting, tax, and business consulting services to clients in various sizes. In addition, Mylene also has a wide range of experience with real estate transactions, tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, multi-state S corporation, and partnership taxation.
Mylene has experience working with clients in various industries, including real estate, construction, hospitality, not for profit, employee benefit plan, professional services, manufacturing industries and others.
Prior to joining Grossberg Company LLP, Mylene worked at various big 4 audit firms where she has led or worked on financial audits, agreed upon procedures, and buy and sell side transaction advisory services where she helped business owners and investors around the globe by executing on financial due diligence engagements to identify the risks and upsides in a deal.
Mylene currently serves as a member of the Audit and Accounting technical review team at Grossberg Company LLP.
