K-1 Request

Please note that if the K-1 requester is not the partner, member, or shareholder of the entity issuing the K-1 form (or their paid tax preparer who is within the U.S.), we will require written authorization from the appropriate officer, manager or general partner of the issuing entity prior to the release of the K-1.
