David Cypes is a partner with more than 40 years of experience.  He works closely with a wide range of industries to address their tax and accounting needs; his primary areas of expertise are with construction, real estate management, real estate developers, home builders, professional services organizations and high net worth individuals.  Prior to joining Grossberg Company LLP, David worked for Alexander Grant and Company [now Grant Thornton].

David's experience includes advising companies on accounting and financial reporting matters as well as Federal and state tax matters including accounting methods, structuring of acquisition and disposition transactions.  He has also been involved in engagements to provide financial forecasting and projections, business valuations and analysis of financing alternatives and fraud investigations.  David recently celebrated his 40th anniversary with Grossberg Company LLP.
