Jack Croarkin is a partner with more than 15 years of experience. Jack provides tax planning for real estate transactions, business, estates and individuals. Such planning has included advice on §1033 tax free exchanges; transfers of ownership interests; tax credit shelters; debt restructurings and related OID issues, etc. Jack's industry concentrations are in real estate, government contracting, professional organizations and construction. He works with clients in a wide range of industries to address their tax and accounting needs.
